He really seems to pose for you giving you enough time to compose as he patiently waits.
Verdant background pops out the white subject aesthetically.

This is a great close up view that really shows off the color of the lore and the eye nicely. The white plumage looks good and the shallow dof is very attractive. I don't think I have ever seen an egret with that color lore before, it is interesting and pretty.

I like the slender feathers upon her crown and that vivid red patch on her face. You did an excellent job of capturing her snowy whiteness. The twigs and green of the background are an excellent natural backdrop.

A nice shot, beautifully sharp with natural and well exposed colours. I think the bird is a little too central, in fact a little to the right which just upsets the composition a little. Otherwise very nice shot.
