A beautiful shot that is very well timed. The look in his eye and the talons starting to reach forward tell me that this is just the beginning of his dive. A very sharp image with great colors.

This is a fantastic action shot of this hunting eagle in flight. That determined gaze is not letting his prey out of sight and those lethal talons are just huge. Clearly he is just seconds away from making contact with the object of his dinner.
