I love this action shot of this pair of herons building a nest. The dappled light on the lacy boughs of the tree create wonderful depth and dimension. It would be great to get photos of the chicks.

What an excellent picture,Barbara! : )
One sees a lot of Heron pics here on FanArtReview but this one is probably about the best that I've seen so far! : )
It's truly interesting,it's beautifully focused and superbly lighted, and it truly is a lot of fun to view!
In short-it's Outstanding in my opinion!

A very nice shot. I like the stretched out neck and the interaction between these two. The cropping is attractive and the colors are great.

A very beautiful and pleasing photograph of teo Tri-colored Herons in a tree. Very well balanced and well framed. Very interesting and cute seeing them passing a twig between them. Great capture and overall, well done. Was this photo taken at the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine?

Thank you so much for the great review Rick! Yes, I took this in the rookery at the alligator farm. It's so much fun seeing all the birds and taking pictures of them!
