This scene is so perfect it almost looks like a painting. The sky looks cloudy and stormy, but with a break in the clouds to let the sun shine through. Very pretty!

I love that ominous gray sky and the way it contrasts with the fall color on the trees. A well composed image in very good light that gives you great colors.

This is just a beautiful Autumn scene Grace, and I especially like the color of the sky in contrast to the Autumn colors. Under weather conditions like this it is always a very special light, and you have captured this so well.
The photo is Nice and Sharp, and at the same time it has a lovely softness. The exposure is Perfect and the colors so Nice and Natural.
The photo is nicely cropped and the road Works as a Perfect leading line bringing the Viewer into the composition. It is a fine Balance in the composition, and also a truly lovely and well taken photo.

Damn that's nice. The gentle light before a rain storm set against the threatening sky with that road leading the eye in. An image of light, colour and contrast. I never put roads in my landscapes, I think I may have rethink that. Beautiful.

Lol, thank you very much for the six stars and your nice compliments! I don't usually include roads in my landscapes either, but the tree colors were at their peak when I was at the North Shore and I thought some of the road views were worthy of shooting.
