LOL - I think so too, and what a great entry for a contest like this, because the Expression on this guy's face is just hilarious . Good idea to present this photo in black and white , because it calms Down an otherwise a bit busy background.
The photo is Nice and Sharp and it is Clear and well defined details to be seen all over. The exposure is very good and it is good distinctions between light and dark.
The cropping is working well, and the performer has got a fine placement within the frame. A truly funny and well taken photo, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

Well yes that little bike is more then a bit small! I love his shoes and that ruffled shirt, this is obviously a performance ! Well suited to the black and white, good tonal variations, I love his expression! Well focused, clear image with good light management!well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!
