Great image here Grace. First of all I love those Giant Lily Pads. They are so awesome to see. I wish my Koi Pond was bigger to hold one of these. But I also wish that the darn Koi wouldn't eat Every water lily I have ever put in there also. just not meant to be.
This little fellow is a testament to both the strength and floating power of the leaf but also to the resourcefulness of this little fellow in finding a nice place to take a break.

He is cute and looks as though he is playing king of the mountain...Orin this case king of the lily pad. I like the giant lily pad and how the edges curl up to make a rim. The top of the lily pad is the same color as some of the plumage on the duck and gives the composition a golden glow.
