What a stand out red Lighthouse...couldn't miss this one! A lovely calm day as people fish off the pier, which gives the viewer perspective of just how big this Lighthouse is. A clear and focused image and nicely composed with the ship in the background. Thanks for sharing.

Nik,
A great picture of Poolbeg Lighthouse with the anglers at it's feet, it's red paintwork is eye-catching the reflections on the water in the foreground are an added bonus. I think the vessel on the horizon is one that seems to have been at anchor there for a couple of years now. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

A great picture of Poolbeg Lighthouse with the anglers at it's feet, it's red paintwork is eye-catching the reflections on the water in the foreground are an added bonus. I think the vessel on the horizon is one that seems to have been at anchor there for a couple of years now. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Excellent shot nikman.
That lighthouse is so RED it really stands out.
Sharpness is superb and the muted colours of the ocean contrast beautifully with the vivid red of the lighthouse. Composition may just be a little too central for me personally, but I really like this shot.

That us a fantastic shot to show is as by the size of these fisher men we can relate to the size of the tower - excellent view point -
your contrast and lighting is excellent and even the ocean looks like a strong mirror - genuine color saturation, clear and sharp in details
I think this is a well composed picture with so much calm that it makes slow down just by looking far over the ocean - normally the main subjects should not stand in the effect center point but I think in this case it is perfect , well done

The anglers give a good scale to the light house. It looks overpowering with its size and red colour! You have shot it well. Good dof which shows a ship in the horizon. Overall an impressive shot.
