the ant says "i just had a wax job. boy i feel good!".. lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of this shinny ant is great. the image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

I do like the reflection of the sky as it is clearly reflected on the smooth and shiny thorax and abdomen.
The ant is effectively placed in the scene. The natural camouflage / color of the ant blends with the background and would go unnoticed to the casual looker unless it moves.
