This is pretty awesome with the leaves with great colours to showcase that wonderful skull and antlers. I see the beauty in this. Love the colours and the presentation, the leaf on the skull itself is great, I didn't realize it was done in water until I read the description

When I see a skull I am almost sure who has been behind the lens. I really like the idea of submerging it in water and let the colorful Autumn leaves float on the Surface. The all black background is of course Perfect for both the skull and the leaves to stand out in an excellent way.
The photo is Sharp showing Clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is Perfect.
The format and framing is Perfect, and I like the centered position of the skull. A truly lovely, original and well taken photo With an excellent DOF, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

I may not have had the daunting challenge you faced with photographing a leaf in water,but there was just enough of a trickle feeding the small pool I had this set up in to cause the leaves to drift off,causing me to have to wrangle them back into ?place?!
