This image makes me chuckle too. I like the creative framing and shallow dof. It brings the cow front and center. The position of the mouth does make it look like it could be singing.

Yes, it is smile provoking, but........what we need here is more cow head and less whatever that is under her chin. i think that if you had stepped to the left and included more cow, the dangle would not be so extremely noticeable and distracting. Or you could step to the left, include more cow neck and remove the calf(?) by digital means. It does bring a smile.
