Fred,
A beautiful picture of this Grey Heron in profile with a sunbeam lighting up it's face & bill & the crown feathers standing up like a pair of horns on it's head, the beautiful blurred browns & some greens providing the perfect backdrop. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. It looks a lot happier than my rooftop Heron.

This is a beautiful great heron portrait, I see good clear detail over every visible part of him, I like the feathers that are standing up on top of his head! This is well focused, this image is sharp and clear, your exposure is perfect, colors and tones appear natural. I especially appreciate the clear eye!
