Great job with placing the details in all the subtle areas that can easily be overlooked, like the grass which you did very well in order, and especially the crowd, which you painstakingly was able to add on there with great detail. You did an excellent job with capturing the motion of the soccer player as he's about to kick the ball!

I am still taken back by the fact that all of this is done with markers. The shading particularly on the clothing is amazing and the shadows on the lawn is a great subtle touch.

A very fine image. I like the way he is airborne while executing the kick. It is clearly a fantasy or a foreign setting because no soccer game in this country could attract a crowd like that.

Hey Flood! This has been well drawn with some great detail. The position and pose of the soccer player is well framed with the stadium in the background. I am sure your grandson will like it. Very nice artwork overall!

Hey Mark, there is a LOT of Faith when it comes to sports - just ask any true fan! This is excellent work, as always. The crowd, the grass, the stadium, and especially the athlete are all perfect. It's great that your grandson is following in your artistic footsteps - even if it is water colors.

M.K. What a great gift for your grandson. It is very inspirational in a low key but, at the same time, full of impact. I like the positioning of the soccer player coming forward toward the viewer back up by the word of encouragement. Very well done in all regards.
