Interesting and simple beauty displayed in nature. The ice drops are sharp and clear as they cling on to the reeds. Lighting is lovely and your image is focused allowing for excellent details. Great capture!

im originally from Mississippi and grew up along side the river. even though we had temperatures in the teens and 20's i have never seen it freeze there.. guess cause its a mile wide and more powerful in current in that area compared to yours. still its interesting to see how it does up in the baby part of the river in your neck of the woods.. wink.. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the ice and water is great. the capture of light is great. the image is balance and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

A beautiful picture of these three reeds with droplets of melting ice clinging to the reeds with the blue sky reflected on their glistening surface of the droplets & the water below the ice sheet above it. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus

The half frozen drops look just Perfect With their lovely shapes, and I especially like the fine shine you have captured in them. It is amazing what you can find when you have a closer look.
The photo is Nice and Sharp showing really Clear and well defined details in the drops, and the exposure is Perfect.
I also think the format and framing is very good, and the Three drops have got such a fine diagonal placement in the Picture. A truly lovely and well taken photo Grace, and With an excellent DOF.
