this is certainly the most original entry to the "letter J" contest with this nique find and capture; I Wonder how is the man leaving in this house;
it seems you cropped a bit from the left, because the right side is tilted to the left;

Thank you for reviewing. I have to say what sharp eyes you have. I don't think I cropped this however it must be how I was holding the camera phone. I had to stare at it for ages to see how to correct it. The sand was uneven ... the building had so many odd shapes??? However I fixed on the straight up and downs of his art pieces and I think it's ok now. He is very well educated, but a wee bit eccentric. Inside he has built a fire place, outside he has dug 2 wells although he told me the other day since they upgraded the island the wells are too salty now as they must have disturbed the water plateau beneath the sand. There are many wild herbs growing around him. He grows stuff in the sand and gathers shell fish... he does have a family both in UK and Germany and makes visits usually about Christmas. Also wild life seems to trust him he even had a seagull that visits regularly and will fly to the village and struts about him when he sits outside one of our bar/cafes

I can certainly agree that it is unique. The image is sharp and shows the junk in fine detail; I might even like to see more of the stuff in the boat. Best of luck in the contest.

Thank you for a welcome review. I nearly cropped the boat out but it was too near the main. It is an I twresting boat too. From small wood drowing dinghy he has an outboarder and made a removable mast that lies alongside the interior. The mast has a curve so it fits. Seems to work well. He is often seen sailing to the mainland
