I really like the rich colors you used in this, especially the girl's clothing and shoes. The basket is very well detailed and the fruit colorful. The only thing I think could be improved is the girl's face - I feel she looks more like an adult than a child. But overall this is excellent work!

Very well executed drawing, this shy girl is selling fruit that she holds in a wicker basket, she looks down as she stands there hoping to sell the fruit. Very well drawn girl with good shape and structure, accurate proportions, I like the basket of fruit too, warm gold background is perfect . I like the red shirt and teal blue blouse she wears. Well created, arranged and presented!

This looks so well like an ancient story of the Grimm Brothers - You have done such a beautiful job on her specially on her shoes - the entire design has a great initial and visual impact - a joy to open to see more details - Your background is so uniform that it is a master piece in painting and the light application is placed at the perfect spots to give her life.
Excellent color blend and color application - the clothing looks natural and beautiful in style and her gifts are well defined - looking to care for the way is another nice details

This little fruit seller seems to come from a time past when even small children had to work fur the budged of the family. She apparently is closed in best for the market day. Her expression is solemn. The drawing is precise. Perspective and Proportions are accurate. The colors are intriguing. The drawing is well composed and framed.

Your painting sends a strong message of both hope and despair which makes it very realistic. To me, by hanging her head, the young girl is hoping that someone will buy fruit so she can help her family. It also shows a bit of hopelessness as this is a daily occurrence in her life and not always a successful one. Your artwork is colorful, and the colors are vivid, but the muted background really sets the tone for the message. Very nicely done.

This is beautiful. The shyness is captured with the overtone of the mute colors in the background contrasting with the subtle colors of the figure. The pose of the figure reflects the shyness. The tilt of the head so you cannot see her eyes it's very symbolic . But yet her hand extends towards me, reaching out to me. This is what I feel enables me to approach her. Thank you for sharing!
