This is a beautiful image, the Taj Mahal stands tall above the trees and other city structures, such a beautiful architectural structure.
This is a nice perspective, well focused, clear to view and the lighting is well managed.
Interesting notes are also appreciated.
Well composed and presented!

What a glorious shot! You are lucky to have the right weather conditions to capture this iconic structure. Frankly speaking I don't find it romantic at all. (I have been there 4 times in the last 20 years!) May be because the story behind it puts me off. It is a fascinating monument no doubt!. For me that's that! I would go elsewhere for romancing! Thanks for sharing a wonderful pic!

A beautiful shot of the Taj Mahal. The trees in the foreground are a welcome change from that reflecting pool. The light is fantastic and the colors are beautiful.

Beautiful panorama of this magnificent architectural creation. The lighting on the building sets it aglow and makes it appear as though there is a special light coming from above. The tint in the sky also contributes to its aura of beauty and mystique. Very nicely done. You did it justice.

Fred,
A very beautiful & peaceful sunrise picture of the Taj Mahal the sun's rays adding a golden tint to the marble. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

    Fred,
    As my mother would say it's NOT the camera that takes a good photo "It's the Fool, behind the Lens!" There are eople with the best of cameras that can't take any pictures worth showing.

Excellent introduction with the historical background
your shot has a special distance as it shows a further temple beside and the panorama cut fits it perfectly creating balance and harmony
Distant shots always show the essence in the air with a natural foggy morning ambiance no matter which time of the day it is - in this shot it creates a romantic effect
sharpness , contrast and lighting a perfect and genuine
A nice view point of a great temple - you make is travel from Mauricus to India in one shot - thanks for that

    thanks a lot again Regina;
    this was taken from my hotel room!
    I prefer the vegetation instead of the hundreds of people when taken from the ground level, spoiling the beauty and serenity of this masterpiece
