Such a clearly detailed and colorful photograph that you have brilliantly produced. As a retired teacher(32 years)of grades Pre-kindergarten through grade 2, I see teachable moments in your dockside setting picture- a perfect picture showcasing: the shapes rectangles and squares, letters and numbers, and Colors- particularly the standout color Red.

I must say that this image is very intriguing. At first I didn't know what it was that I really liked about this piece. The more I looked at it I got a sense of abstraction. Design is very well composed. The boxes is in the foreground are very well structured with harmonious colors. The red against the Brilliant Blue is beautiful. I like the way the red architectural structures break up the blue sky. I don't look at this as a loading dock or cranes or lifts, but actually as a piece of abstract work. Great job!

This is a beautiful colorful view of the docks! I never would have imagined the containers being so colorful with so many different colors. Excellent sharpness throughout the photo. Great light and perfect exposure.

Hey Nik,
This would make a great entry for an 'Industrial' contest. The hoists with their bold red colors are dynamic and very eye catching. It is always amazing to see these containers being moved around as if they were only boxes. Great POV. Thanks for posting Nik ~ Steve
