The colors in this image are lovely and the shapes of the leaves and the skull stand out nicely. That deer in the background makes me wonder what kind of reaction it would have to the skull.

Thank you! Most of them just stand there and watch me walk by with the skulls,I had one doe follow me out of the woods when I was carrying my large red stag skull,which would have made an interesting photo!

I do see the doe in the background. The photo shows sharply refined detail throughout. The sentinel post is exquisitely emphasized by the red Virginia Creeper. The photo is excellent focused and exposed. It has good depth. The colors are realistic. The tall framing is perfect. The framing emphasizes the post remarkably. The composition is balanced.

Very creative I Image. The mixture of colored leaves with the goldenrod in the back ground ads depth to the image. The doe in the upper left hand corner sort of adds a little sadness to it. I wonder is she thinking Thank you for the memorial. Well done.

That doe must have been extremely confused as to what you were doing out there! Seems like a strange way to be celebrating or marking the coming of autumn? Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

Thank you! I am surprised that she didn?t come closer to investigate,some are pretty nosy-lol. The yellow flowers in the background are goldenrod,I know you had inquired about them in another of my photos!
