This looks way too cold already and way too familiar :) We are expecting several inches of snow too. This does look very pretty though, its the ice and slipperiness that get in the way! I really like the depth of this image and the way the snow emphasizes the nice shapes of the branches.

Nice image here Pat. It reminds me of growing up in Idaho. I do miss those days and I miss the snowfall in the woods.
Great Point of View as the road naturally leads the eye to the far reaches of the scene. There is always a certain beauty of snow on the stark limbs of leafless trees in Winter.
So here I am in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with the temperature of 82 degrees and a cloudless sky. right now I am not missing the cold weather of Tennessee. Just getting spoiled I think.

A beautiful well balanced harmonious composition. The road in the middle leading where? This intrigues me and brings me into the piece as I want to travel this road with this beautiful Forest around me. It has the symbolic feel to it As It Seems this road, Woods is the Sacred Space.

Nice winter shot this and although the snow is not thick it does convey a sense of winter,and the viewpoint gives of a sense of a forest as such,looks like a good place to walk...Brian
