It's a nice capture of this Snowy Owl perched on the pole showing nice eye clarity.
Your white balance is off showing a blue hue on the body and the face of the owl the white is hot.
Only way to avoid blow out and incorrect color temps us to use Kelvin Scale for color temp and on whites to make sure your exposure bias us at zero or -1.0.
Nice capture, but white Balance needs to be controlled better.
