Does not matter what it is because your shot is excellent. Perfectly framed with superb clarity and detail, natural color, and eye focus. Plus the pose is classic. Best of luck in the contest.

It's a nice capture of what appears to be a Harris Hawk.
You have nice focus and nice eye clarity. There are some bright areas but you handled the bright sun well enough.
Your DOF is great showing no distractions.
