This is a great shot Annie, your stealthy maneuvering paid off well! I like how the texture of the fur stands out so nicely and those green eyes are gorgeous. I can see by the expression that he wasn't going to stay there for long on your presence.

yes probarly would laugh but have been in similar circumstances myself just to get a photo annie,i think we are a breed apart from everybody else,but I also think in general we are more aware of things going on around us,getting back to the cat its a good photo and well worth the effort in getting it...Brian

These are really clear green and unusual looking down at you - this cat is well embedded into the colors of nature giving your image a great natural harmony and color blend
genuinely sharp with natural contrast and lighting - I think this is a beautiful capture - it seems this cat is half wild and special - well seen and well presented
