I have seen lots of different species of ducks on my lake in Michigan, but never a Mandarin. A beautiful drake with fine coloration. I like the profile and the crisp detail in the eye.

This is exquisite,I love mandarins,but have never seen one in real life;I love the colorful plumage of the drakes. this is such a sweet profile,love the detail and texture you have captured in it's plumage.beautiful colors,nicely framed,a real pleasure to view!

Good capture. Nice tight composition but with adequate space to breathe. Lovely colors, good eye catch light, properly placed focus.
Perhaps a bit more detail in the dark would be nice but still like.

This is beautiful Envision! His profile is beautiful for sure. The use of light is well shown as the highlights stand out so well and give some great depth. The position and angl of his head is eye catching and adds a lot of interest to the photo. Great job overall!

Stunning detail in this profile image of a Mandarin Drake. The various colours around his face and beak are beautiful and natural looking.
The lighting is perfect and the blurred neutral background makes him 'pop'. So well zoomed in and captured Grace!
