Ha! This looks like a funky duck lol. This turkey has a red and white duck looking bill. I like it! Our turkeys in the United States are not that handsome looking. But they are delicious!

Quite a few members have pointed out that it is a duck, but it looks like a turkey to me! Wonder if it would be as tasty as a real turkey?

The clarity of this shot is excellent showing very nice detail of the feathers and the exposure is nice. He looks like a muscovy duck to me with that unique looking face. You captured nice light in the eye too.

Great closeup portrait of this colorful turkey. Excellent eye clarity and focus,I see wonderful detailing throughout. Nice dark background to set off this colorful bird as well as compliment the brown coloration in the plumage. Festive indeed,A great entry for the contest,i wish you all the best!

I will give very close inspection to this chap's nose. I do drawings of fowl, as they are always a popular subject, but always kept the nose 'lose' because I wasn't too sure how it was in reality. I often learn a great deal or have hazy knowledge from over half a century ago refreshed from our photographers, and this is another such an instance.

Really its nice to see this survivor. The bird is handsome. It is the living example contradicting all the people who call Turkeys ugly. The portrait is excellent focused and exposed. Light and colors are realistic. The refinement of detail especially at the head is impressive. The golden shine in the eye is fascinating. The dark background emphasizes the bird remarkably. The portrait is well composed, balanced and framed.
