It's incredible how Alaska has such amazing natural aesthetics all around its landscapes. I've seen many of your photos, and the landscapes you have are awesome, and I appreciate even more probably because I live in the midwest with just lots of plains and corn fields. The fog over the water, the slightly sunny sky with the background scenery come together to create something that looks like would belong in a storybook.

Yes, looks very convincing that winter has hit you, over there, in your fine and traditional composition! Here, just cold winds blowing constantly. Like the subdued tones and misty look of your photo. Nicely taken!

( We just had a record setting snow storm that dumped well over two feet of snow across most the area and technically it isn't even winter yet!Yuck! )

The view is fantastic. The fog obscuring the landscape in the background and the pink glow behind the mountain are fascinating. The atmosphere is mystical. The reflections are striking. The photo is perfectly focused and exposed and has good depth. It is excellently composed and framed.

This is a beautiful photo! I love all the shades of blue and the mist. The weather has been different here. We actually got our first snow much earlier than usual, but it's all melted now.
