This is another cute shot of Shiloh. It is so obvious that he really enjoys the snow! I like how his fur is covered in it. The golden hue to his coat is very pretty.

Great photo. We had a St. Bernard. This photo made me think of her. That is a good thing because I loved her a lot. Boy, would she slobber. Maybe the most slobbery dog I have seen. She would take tiny kittens, put them in her mouth, and deposit them, covered with slobber elsewhere. Drove the mama cat crazy. She had to retrieve them and lick the slobber off. Your dog exudes health and vitality. Six stars from me. Nicely done! Thank you for sharing

Thanks so very much for the nice review and especially for the extra star. I remember a St. Bernard in the neighborhood when i was growing up,it was quite slobbery,too.and would come over and wipe it?s face on our pant legs-EWWW!!!!

Many thanks! The collar is a great idea,unfortunately with the amount of fur he has it would disappear like the one he has on now has-lol,perhaps a large bow,if he would tolerate it!

Shiloh is a beautiful golden boy, he's well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is good, his beautiful rich golden color appears natural. You see, this is why I like cats. A dog will venture out in the snow and come back into the house cold and shedding snow everywhere. A cat will sit and bask in front of the fire in snowy weather ... sensible.

Thanks very much,I?ll check those eyes out,appreciate the suggestion.Just like Shiloh,I?ll go outside into the snow,come back in cold,shedding snow all over;maybe THAT?S where he gets it from!

They say people take after their pets. I guess you too have floppy ears and a wet nose :-) I'm probably off up a mountain this weekend to capture some snow shots. I'll let you know if I shed snow in the house.
