I think this is a magnificent shot! The sharp clarity is excellent and shows so much lovely detail of the hawk's features. The face and feathers and colors look great and the dof is attractive.

A beautiful stop action picture of this Red Tail Hawk watching you from it's stand in the grass with autumn leaves scattered in it. Beautiful composition framing and lighting that highlights it's beautiful plumage & it's golden eye that is watching you closely. Taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

A beautiful bird and an attractive shot. I rarely see them on the ground without prey in their talons. A fine pose and a very good looking eye. I like the exposure for the white feathers and the great colors.
