Cuteness overload!
Expressive eyes...
I like the chubby cheeks as it pop out from the dark backdrop.
Fine features & smooth textures.
101% realism.
Subdued illumination.
Tad tight on top frame but it doesn't matter.
Thanks for sharing...

What a wonderful gift one that will always be treasured by the mother of this lovely little one you have drawn so amazingly well. The hair just looks so real you want to reach out and stroke the top of his head. Truly awesome art.

The little boy seems to be dressed up for a special occasion. His solemn face expression mach his outfit. I like that you have drawn the unruly hair. I admire the cleanliness of your pencil work and the attention you paid to detail. I believe the portrait is flawless. Proportions and perspective are accurate. The diffuse light in the dark background is intriguing.

Hi, Linda. I think I have told you this before. I am so sorry about your daughter. I know that Christmas is especially hard when one has lost a child. This is excellent, but I have a question. Usually both eyes look in the same direction. The right and left eyes don't seem to be looking in the same direction. He is looking forward, so I think his left eye is accurate. His right eye, though seems to be looking to the left. Hope you don't mind feedback like this. I can't paint portraits like this. But, I can draw pretty well, but not as good as you. Thank you for sharing
