She's a beautiful little girl all dressed up to celebrate her moms birthday! I love her tousled hair and the pink and blue dress she is wearing. She is standing there with such a serious expression and has the ice cream on her face and hand.
Well focused, clear image with good exposure. Colors and tones are natural. Well composed and presented!

I started laughing when I saw this photo. Her sophisticated expression and the ice cream all-over are such a intriguing contradiction. She is adorable. I like that she seems unaware of the camera. The photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. The shallow background is unobtrusive. Light and colors are realistic. Emily is excellently placed into the frame. The composition is balanced.

Thanks so much - I try to do candid shots of Emily as she doesn't like her photo taken except when it is her decision- "Nanna take my photo NOW" - a very stubborn little girl at times.

Yes, your fine and classical composition captures the realisation that she may have done something naughty. Or maybe she is thinking about how to rescue the situation? Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

A beautiful picture of your beloved Granddaughter Emily with Ice-cream spread over her face with a faraway look in her eyes ...if you can't spread ice-cream over your face when you're two, when can you? Thanks Daphne she gets rather cross at Nanna for taking her photo but then will be doing something and tell me to take it - this is one I got without her knowing :)

Very nice image that shows the delight that she is taking in the simple act of eating an ice cream cone - it is a shame that we adults no longer feel the same degree of joy as a child. It would be wonderful at times if we could regress in age a bit.
Subject has a great overall sharpness with the eyes being tack sharp. The light giving her a halo is a nice touch.
Colors and composition are nice. My major issue is that the hand and the background (bottom right) are burnt out although I believe that the image has sufficient quality and appeal to rate a full 6.
