Your way of creating a painting seems unusual. I appreciate that you inform us about your techniques in your comments. The visual impact on the viewer is rather emotional. I feel cold just looking at your work. The barren landscape seems ruled by death. Not a wisp of vegetation grows there. The landscape is covered by an foreboding, ominous sky. The colors are well chosen to introduce the mood. The landscape has excellent perspective. It is well composed and framed.

First of all your sky and clouding are magnificent! You blended them wonderfully. The mountain areas are rugged and have some rigging in it. I not so sure I like the brown foreground. My eyes want to go there first im not sure if it is the color but I would love to keep looking at your sky.
