A wonderful close up and macro view of this white lotus flower and green and yellow seedpod. I love the way nature harmonises colour. The green tips on the white petals compliment the green & yellow seedpod. Such great lighting to view these details. Good clarity and focus and I like how you have cropped this Fred.

I have seen this very similar scene in a Lotus park. There were many varieties and for me the best part was the seed pods. They were various colors from green to a very dull brown. All contained seeds. They make for some up close abstract images. Nice work with the surrounding white petals. Good looking macro shot.

Wow Fred, this is a beautiful shot of the lotus flower close up allowing a good look at the seed pod, we of course don't have these flowers here so it's really a treat to view , I see the tiny insects on the left of the seed pod . This is well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural, I see good detail in the creamy white petals. Well composed and presented!
