I always enjoy looking at your work, and your grandson should enjoy this very much. Since my son was partially named after the sun, (I can't take credit over this), I am really drawn to this image. I would like to see just a touch of blue maybe the lines or in the corners of this image.

yellow art contest..trying to keep to topic..to much of the other colors that is not topic can get someone considered. didnt win but i understand the mind set that they are looking for when voting. wink. thanks for the great review.

I am sure you grandson will love it. And for the most part it fits the theme yellow art contest well. I like the illustrative aspect and the various textures and arm band hieroglyphics.
I am also thinking the red is too much,it would have be just dramatic if you had used more yellows and oranges, with smidgen of red there instead of the solid red center, it would have been a more balanced composition.
But like I said, your grandson will love it, and he is the one that counts in the end.

Yeah I had it more a blend orange but it didn't seem firey to me so yeah here comes the red..lol..it was never considered in the past contest but it won in my grandsons heart. He has it framed in his room with the others wink. Thanks Lucien for the great review

A lot of different looking culture here. I see Egyptian, quite the outfit and red red firey legs. For me, this is a much different type of art for you, but you will do just about anything for your grandkids. You are very eclectic!

When folks find out I can draw, they usually ask what do I draw? My response is everything...I train myself to be ready to create a story for either the writer or songwriter..that is why I play that creativity game with John Kotolac here on FAR. Thanks for the great review

im grateful that God blessed me with the talent and the common sense on to how to make it work. never had any art classes in my life....you can say DC and Marvel comics were my teachers..as i got older i desired to create instead of copying..i like to joke around saying "im a cartoonist right now but i wanna be an artist when i grow up!" evil grin...lolol

i competing against those kids with digital education and experience..im a dinosaur but im determined for the uniqueness of my using of this office medium hoping for that lucky break while im still promoting to get more notice..had this woman tell me i need to get recognized..i responded hell i have been recognized im just trying get paid!! lol..thanks for the great review.

This is so cool! Your super hero is an awesome creation. Love the bright saturated colors that really complement each other. The arm position seems so strong and powerful. The face , especially the eyes are eerie but work great. Fabulous drawing!

The recent one that you reviewed "can you feel the motion?" His older brother sweet talked me out of that one at his party. I told he was lucky I hadn't sold that one yet..so both of them are hanging up in their rooms..lol..thanks for the awesome review
