It's great to see how the change of color can dramatically alter the perceived temperature we assume in the photograph. The light pinks somehow give it a much cooler effect, I mean literally, seeing this tropical photo from that pinkish lens I don't feel any heat radiating from the photo. Seeing this photo also gives me a sense that I'm supposed to have a fond memory or feeling wrapped around this location, as the tone of the photo reminds me of those old photos with that sepia tone that instill those type of emotions.

unfortunately I Don't have a special camera for IR, so I have to convert it to b&w, otherwise everything is red;

The infrared photo certainly changes the color and mood of the setting which becomes more brooding than inviting. An interesting effect - like the composition.

Interesting approach. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of this building, trees and water is great. The image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

This is an interesting scene, I like this pinkish hue over the image , it tricks the eye to think there is snow on the rooftops which is in such contrast with the tropical palm trees. Well focused, clear image that looks like a scene from a sci fi movie where something strange has happened to the climate. Well presented!

Wow, it looks so surreal. I think your experiment worked wonderfully. It makes me feel like I am looking at a scene from another planet. It really is a beautiful shot of the this tropical place and very interesting to look at. It has good depth of field, framed nicely and sharp imagery. It has a ghostly feel to it too....LOL.
