Your painting tells a story of anguish and loneliness for this old man in the last moment of life. It is very realistic and unfortunately applies too many people who find themselves alone. I also question the rationale of hospital versus hospice during the final stages of ones life. The message and feelings you have portrayed are deep and should be viewed, and hopefully stimulate the thinking, of all who view it.

thank you- in England, I don't know where you are, anything which is uncomfortable to the mass has to be hidden in special places. There is no room for normal progression.
