Simple, and to the point monochromatic image of lighting. The energy does come across of how we perceive what a lighting bolt looks like.
The horizon line does a nice visual job of separating sky from ground.
Overall a minimal image that works. Nicely rendered using the media.
Of course a hint of a light, very light, a faint hint of yellow at the edges of the bolts would have really made the whole image pop, made it more dramatic in my opinion.

And I was going to paint some more birds..you've put me off now...lol !! Although I did think at first glance these were tree root,nature once again eh ! but I now see the flashes of lightening streaming down from the night sky ..effective,eye catching and quirky composition

I like rhe concept of this... the two bolts of lightening dancing to the earth from those alien looking sources. The varigated blue rings catch the eye. The overall scene is eyecatching. Good luck in the comp.

Very nice MK, the orbs in the sky offer a very intriguing duality, are these natural or man made or even alien. They pulsate giving them life. I like that the lightning shapes coming from them are different. This adds to each orb, cloud or shapes identity. The values from black to white are very exquisite here, very nice job! ~Kurt

Wow! It also looks like the light coming out of the eyes of a ET as we often see in the Hollywood movies! A very creative take on lightning indeed! Out of the box artwork. Overall this has a fine impact. Good luck!
