really beautiful picture. lovely colours and a fab scene of these multi-coloured birds. these areas of most troubled lands, always seem to have the most beautiful nature. what a contrast to the terrible deeds of the human kind and what occurs below this tree line. the one on top as a sort of paradises styled, tale.

Yes this is exactly what is so strange, how the beautiful, magical jungle brings out the greed and wish to dominate etc in men's souls and these unbelievable places get defiled and desecrated. When I went back in 2013 this environment was gone; tops of trees dread, the bottoms waterlogged from tropical storms; cell phone towers killing the plant life; war, fires, all tall Cortez gone, fallen from high velocity winds off the Carribean... Microclimates destroyed by father's dark work 30 years ago..... my maiden name was Burden. This kind of realization IS a burden few "civilized" individual in the US share to the extent I do....

Hi Daphne, this is a lovely digital painting , I love the airy sky with the puffy white clouds moving over the blue tones, the flowering yellow Cortez tree in bloom is well created and I like the colorful bird perched on the Branch between the blossoms , the other bird in flight with the wings forward and down, the pretty blossoms below him. I like the butterfly up on top left ready to light on the yellow blossom. This is very well created, beautifully arranged and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

Hi Daphne, this is a lovely digital painting , I love the airy sky with the puffy white clouds moving over the blue tones, the flowering yellow Cortez tree in bloom is well created and I like the colorful bird perched on the Branch between the blossoms , the other bird in flight with the wings forward and down, the pretty blossoms below him. I like the butterfly up on top left ready to light on the yellow blossom. This is very well created, beautifully arranged and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

This is a wonderful scene with the beautiful colorful birds and the lovely flowering tree! The lovely butterfly in the upper left corner is a nice touch. The blue sky with the puffy white clouds is a great background. Very nicely done!

I like the composition. It flows elegantly from left to right. It also is realistic. I have seen the Quetzal sitting in a blooming tree just as shown, while colorful other colorful birds hunt for insects close by. The placement of the birds and butterfly is pleasant. The painting is excellently composed and framed.

Than up and to the right following the lines of the sitting bird and finally, drops down with the vine. So, it's a circle, symbol of natural balance in the nature. Wonderful! The colors are gorgeous!
