Very nice concept! The visual aspect tells the story of the man imagining these characters. You did a great job with conveying that he is in deep thought and the visualization of shapes behind him tells the story. What if you would had distorted some of the symbols in the background to take on the metamorphosis of shadows? They have a shilloutte quality also. Great job!
