Beautiful dog, amazing background. I can imagine them racing about in that background. Where you a child there? I remember the nuns taking us into the forests for special walks, and finding ant hills and brightly coloured mushrooms, and pepper puff mushrooms, I used to delight in the forest and was very naught and always ran off ahead. We had lived on a farm before and I was used to ranging far and wide on my own. My sons have owned Rotweilers for decades, their first one was called Kaiser, the one we have now is called Kaspar.

This is a pretty dog. I have had big dogs in my life but now I have two weighing 16 and 22 pounds.
I an sure Kaiser is a great dog!
Do you ever go to watch and photograph bears while catching salmon?

Thank you so much! Kaiser weighs 110 lbs!
I see bears on the Kenai and Russian Rivers, catching salmon, I have not been to Brooks falls to watch them.

Very nice Pat! What I like is the subtle composition here. The dogs ears break the horizon line very nicely connecting all 3 major grounds. The colors are nicely accented, plus I love German shepherds. We always had them when I was a kid.

A very nice animal shot posted here! Your full and central composition offers us a good look at your handsome Kaiser. His panting pose looks very natural. Sharpness and exposure are good. Nicely done!

Kaiser looks very comfortable in the beauty of Alaska <3
I was raised alongside a Coyote/Shephard mix.
When we reached age 13, I helped Heidi-Ray to the Rainbow road <3
As a puppy, she was protective of me. I love these types of dogs. They're very loyal and valiant. Thank you for sharing!

Hmmm, sounds a lot like the relationship I had with My former wife, She told Her friends that I was well trained and obedient too!....She would point at the clothing on the floor and I knew to pick it up or She would point at My feet when I came home from work and I knew to take My dirty boots off...etc, We hardly spoke, I just had to look at what She pointed at And I inherently knew what to do, God bless You Women for that power! (Hang in there Kaiser, I feel Ya Brother, they do love us in their own special way...So long as they keep that good food coming eh kiddo!)....Sorry Patty cakes!, on behalf of Kaiser, Me and every other well trained poser out there, Ya only gettin five stars for this one, even tho it is an awesome shot of Kaiser.

Thank you so much Stan! I appreciate your interesting review! This is a dog, not a man, and a 110 lb dog needs to be trained , dogs are actually happy to learn . I worked with all breeds for several years.
