Brian,
A beautiful picture with the question as to why the cart & the coracle have been dumped at the water's edge framed by the trees & bushes growing along the banks the pale sky reflected on the glistening water . Beautiful composition framing and lightning taken with expert camera techniques and an artist's eye to see the picture & razor sharp focus.
