It's always so exciting to see a bald eagle in flight, I love the in flight position of this one , he stands out from the green tree background. Focus is a bit soft on the Eagle , you needed a faster shutter speed , exposure is good, colors and tones appear natural. He is well placed in the frame allowing plenty of room for him to move into.

Overall a nice shot. Good dof and clarity. Love how you got him min mid flight. I think that cropping the shot and giving us a better look at our feathered friend would truly enhance this picture. Thanks for sharing
