An interesting view looking up at the supporting cables radiating down from that support above you to the bridge that crosses the water below, with the clear blue sky making a beautiful backdrop. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

To me this photo is all about lines and shapes, and With the POV you used this has created great leading lines bringing the Viewer straight to the main Construction of the bridge.
The Construction is standing out Sharp and well defined against the lovely blue sky, and the exposure is Perfect.
The photo is nicely cropped and I think it is a fine Balance in the composition. A great looking and well taken photo Willie, and I wish you Luck With the contest.
