A very apt title and intriguing yet frightening piece of art. The white lightning could be my vein or artery. The background colors of red and orange reinforce the fear and danger of the total image/experience. We are all living in historic times, although if you read anything about the 1918 influenza (called Spanish or Asian), which killed 50 million people worldwide, you might be "comforted" that perhaps Covid-19 will be far less lethal.

This is awesome and I like the accompanying poem.
It's an intriguing piece with wonderful colors and details, I like the round shape and the pointed edges, that white part to me looks like a foot that is spreading out over the dark area , I like the way it lifts up into the light.
