The photo looks vintage. I like that look. I find it unusual that the sign looks like it is in English. It looks like many people use motorbikes to get around. There doesn't seem to be a lot of parking available. The cobblestone is very attractive. Either it rained recently or the road has been cleaned recently. The focus is sharp throughout the photo.

Yes the sign is in English and it is quite common here in Nepal to see English signs. And it was raining at the time of the photo. You are correct in that. Thanks for the six star review.
