a great composition and very appropriate submission for this particular contest as the water flow has been captured brilliantly from head to toe..well perhaps her waist ! The structure is good too with the subject slightly positioned off centre left to allow the perception of movement

This is actually a creative entry into a contest like this, and a change from all the water falls. It is also a great stop action, and you have pictured the flow of water so well. Your daughter is also standing out really well from the blue water.
The photo is Nice and Sharp With Clear and well defined details, and the exposure is spot on.
The cropping is very good, and Your daughter has got a fine placement off to the left. Indeed a great looking and well taken photo With a very good DOF, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

I am reminded of the all time classic shot of Ursula Andress emerging from the water in the James Bond movie Dr.No way back in 60s! Out of the box entry. Fine timing. The light , colours and the composition have worked well. Good luck!
