The contradiction of the shadowed valley and mountain at left and sun-floated mountain at the right is impressive. The photo is well focused, has good exposure and excellent depth. The view over the landscape to the hazy background and clouded sky is intriguing. I like how the highway winds down and through the valley. The landscape is well framed. The composition is balanced.

Love the road, especially the way it disappears on the right, then reappears. This shot truly captures the essence of Ireland. The way you captured that glimpse between the two mountains really makes me want to jump right into the picture and start walking. Colors are nice and natural, if a bit subdued.

I especially like Your POV when this photo was taken and how well it is showing the winding road. I also like the contrast between shadows and light in the landscape and the Nice and Natural colors.
The photo is also Sharp all the way through and it is indeed Clear and well defined details to be seen. The exposure is just Perfect.
The format and the framing is very good and With the road starting off on the right side, it is a truly fine Balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken landscape photo Nikman, and With an excellent DOF.

Very cool shot here Nik. Believe it or not this reminds me of Afghanistan in Bamyan Province. The lush greens and mountain valley looks very familiar. The only difference is that the road were dirt roads or crude pathways through the mountains.
Good point of view as the road enters the scene at the bottom and leads the eye to the valley and the far reaches of the scene. Nice work here Nik ~ Steve

Although a good overview of this landscape I think if the had got a vehicle on that road would have given the area a sense of depth and scale,still a nice shot none the less...Brian
