A nicely captured encounter. I like the way the female is standing on one leg which makes me think this is not much of a confrontation. A nice panoramic presentation with great colors.

You have taken so many funny photographs of geese, and this is one of them. I like how the white one is standing on one foot and how bossy the Brown one looks. Both of them are standing out from the background in an excellent way.
The photo is very Sharp and it is such Clear and well defined details to be seen in both birds. The exposure is Perfect.
I like the panorama format you have cropped the photo into and the placement of the birds within the frame. A truly funny and well taken photo, and With an excellent DOF.

And what happened to his other leg? A very cute picture of these Greylag Geese, the white one with feather out of place> They appear quite large in the photograph, and I'm assuming one is male and other female? I'm not familiar with them at all.

Fred,
A very beautiful picture of this pair of domestic Graylag Geese performing their mating dance the goose's loose feather is possibly due to the seasonal moult, now changing from the winter plumage to the summer breeding plumage. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
