for a quick water colour and I mean quick this has come out fairly well .The only criticism I would constructively give is the evident drawing lines still visible throughout the painting which is a bit of a distraction for me,for other viewers perhaps not..its just an opnion but other than that the palette you use is a good one and in certain areas of the subject the tonal control is good

This is a lovely watercolor Susan. I have not heard of a Snakehead Frittilary before. I like the bell shaped flowers which appear to be a soft pastel color with white markings.
The work is pleasing to the senses and gives a sense of hope in these troubled times. Nice work Susan ~ Steve
