There is a lot of action going on in this picture. The goose on the right will have nothing to do with the fighting. The contrast of the quiet right side V's left is relaxing. Clean, interesting and well balanced picture.

Fred,
A beautiful picture of this quartet of Canada Geese swimming on your lake, on the left one is head down bottom in the air feeding, while the two beside it appear to be doing battle with one another, while the one on the left look on voicing it's opinion. Beautiful panoramic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Sorry Suzanne; I was working with my travel laptop and made a mistake; you were right: there is a Greylag goose on the back of the Canada goose;
