Nice shot. I agree with you the lighting is good. Very nice color on your flower. If you post the camera type and f-stop and stuff if you have it. I like to see that info too on photographs.

I liked what I saw, the natural lighting, the colors, background contrasting colors and then the way it all came out in the photo, was just what I wanted. It was early in the morning, the sun was just prefect. I used my cell phone cameras, its all natural, not sure how to get the information you are asking for. Be safe.

This is such an unusual photo of a rose. It looks almost like a mum or a peony, but one that is on fire from within. You chose an excellent angle at which to make this an interesting shot. So many petals! Good focus and lighting choices.

Very good close up of this beautiful Rose - it looks as if it has a light shining from within. I like the angle you used for this, showing all the intricate twists and curls of the petals. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Suzanne

Such a lovely sight with this colossal and blazing rose, it made me imagine, its perfume-like scents. I think, this is a bit of overbright. Sometimes, the sun can be harsh and more of a distraction, sometimes, it adds so much life to your image. Over-brightness can be fixed by using a filter, or you can also play with your manual setting, by using lower ISO and high F/stop, like f/16. Or you can just put your ISO in Automatic Setting and play with your F/stop. This will also give you a more defined lines for the layers of the petals of your rose.

Bright colors and fine detail in this close-up shot. I like how you had a bit of shadow in the shot, too. The cropping is a bit off center, but likely you did that on purpose. Nice work.

This is indeed a stunning looking rose, With the vibrant Orange colors, and the light is falling on it in such a lovely way. I think the background should have been softer, but the rose is still standing out well.
The photo is Sharp showing such Clear and well defined details in the petals, and the exposure is very good.
The format and framing is good, and the rose is well placed at the bottom part of the photo. An all together lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you Luck With the contest,
