I like this capture very much. The photo is excellently focused and exposed. Light and colors are realistic and details are refined. The water droplets at the head are especially intriguing. The red eye stands out and feathers show their markings perfectly. The duck is perfectly placed at the right. The photo is well framed. The composition is balanced.

A beautiful picture of this Chestnut Teal drake the sunlight catching the sparkle in his eye & the diamond like droplets clinging to his Iridescent green head the bubbles floating on the water's surface under his chin are an added bonus. The light also highlights his chestnut coloured,& patterned breast. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Beautiful capture Mary! I love the colors on this duck, the green head and the rich browns in his body, the blue / grey bill and that red eye!
